It’s no surprise that funding can be one of the biggest roadblocks to building high-quality infrastructure. The funding sources below make up 80% of the ways our clients fund projects.
We can help you successfully navigate the funding process so YOU can stay on the road to growth.
3 Primary Types of Funding
Community Development Block Grant Program
These grants can be applied for every year through the Mississippi Development Authority. They are awarded to low to moderate income municipalities.
SRF Loans
These low interest (2%) loans are administered by the State Department of Health and the MS Department of Environmental Quality for water and sewer projects.
Special Funding
The CARES Act and The American Rescue Plan Act are current examples of available special funding for municipalities.
Not sure which is the best funding option for your project? Call and talk with one of our engineers. We’re happy to help.
